Since 2015, Denice has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Denice moved to Washington with her husband’s company and quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. Outside of real estate, she enjoys boating, hiking, and exploring the region she is proud to call home. She is also actively involved with the USO at JBLM, continuing her commitment to supporting military families in the community.
