Since 2015, Denice has served as a real estate broker throughout South King, Pierce, and Thurston County, helping clients successfully buy and sell their homes. Her journey into real estate began with her own relocation to Washington in 2013—one of many moves as a military spouse. That experience sparked a passion for guiding others through the complexities, emotions, and opportunities that come with starting a new chapter in the South Puget Sound. As a market-savvy professional, she believes her clients’ goals and best interests should always come first. Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, diligent, and honest, she provides the one-on-one attention every client deserves. She has lived that journey herself and is committed to making each transition smoother, clearer, and more empowering for the families she serves.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Denice relocated to Washington with her husband’s company and quickly embraced the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, hiking, and exploring the region she now proudly calls home. She is also actively involved with the USO at JBLM, continuing her support of military families in the community.
